Frank is available for lectures around the USA and around the world. He has previously lectured at UAC, AFA and Astrological Association of Great Britain conferences, as well as local groups including AstroToronto, Suffolk Astrological Society, Hunts Astrology Group and many others.
A lecture or workshop with Frank is a singular experience – lectures are presented in a lively manner with flashes of humor and a great range of knowledge.

Here are the requirements for those wishing to book Frank for a lecture:
An evening or short afternoon lecture costs:
- $200 for the lecture;
- Round-trip travel expenses from Philadelphia/South New Jersey area, USA (if travel more than 2 hours is required);
- Local travel expenses (taxis, public transportation, rental car, etc.);
- One night (the night of the lecture) at a business class hotel or equivalent;
- $40 per diem for meals on the day of the lecture or meals provided by the organization.
An all-day workshop costs:
- $500 for the workshop;
- Round-trip travel expenses from the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey area, USA (if travel of more than 2 hours is required);
- Local travel expenses (taxis, public transportation, rental car, etc.);
- Two nights (the night before and the night of the lecture) at a business class hotel or equivalent;
- $40 per diem for meals on the day of the lecture or meals provided by the organization.
In addition, the booking organization shall provide:
· An LCD projector capable of displaying computer output on a screen;
· A projection screen;
· Sufficient power outlets and extension cords for a computer and the LCD;
· A dry-erase whiteboard with pens and erasers;
· Copies of any hand-outs for attendees;
· If the venue warrants, an amplification system suitable for the needs of the lecture;
· Bottled water sufficient for the length of the lecture.
